For Schools & Organizations
A one-day (or half-day) training workshop, delivered in person by STEMVentor's founder, teaching how AI-native, contextual learning platforms are actually built — using STEMVentor Mentor as the live, running proof of concept.
Most “add AI” efforts bolt a chatbot onto an existing content library — a course catalogue, a training portal, a knowledge base. STEMVentor's approach is different: model your content as a knowledge graph first, and let personalization and grounded AI assistance fall naturally out of that structure. This workshop shows you exactly how — using a real, running AI Mentor as proof, not a slide deck.
Balance Your Time & Interest
Both cover the full theory — nothing is trimmed out to fit a shorter day. What changes is how much of the live, hands-on side you get. Choose the length that fits your schedule, and whether it's a learner session or an educator/trainer session — either way, the framing adapts and the schedule stays the same.
4 hours
Walks through every idea in the journey, then anchors it with one live demonstration — watching, in real time, how the AI Mentor builds a trustworthy answer.
8 hours
Everything in the Half-Day session, plus a second live demo where the audience drives the questions, and a guided look at how it's actually built.
*Introductory pricing for early bookings — subject to change for future sessions. Prices are in INR and do not include applicable taxes (GST), or travel, accommodation, and other logistics where applicable, which are quoted separately based on your location.
The Learning Journey
Two real STEMVentor learning paths make up the day's curriculum — plain-English objective first, technical term second. Reused as-is, not simplified into a separate track.
Welcome, and a quick look at where today is headed
Human vs. AI; ML algorithm types; capability levels
What actually makes something "artificial intelligence," and that AI isn’t one thing — it comes in very different levels of ability
Industry applications
Where AI is already quietly working in everyday life, across industries you already interact with
Algorithms-as-a-Service
You don’t have to build AI from scratch — see ready-made AI tools that companies plug directly into their products
Generative AI; prompt engineering
How tools like ChatGPT actually generate their answers, and how the way you ask changes what you get back
Agentic AI: tool use, reasoning loops
How AI can move beyond just answering — taking a goal and working through multiple steps on its own to get there
LLMs; talking to one via an API
What’s really happening behind the scenes when you type a question and an AI replies
Embeddings
How a computer learns to understand what text means, not just match words
Knowledge graphs
How connecting related pieces of content, like a mind-map, gives AI a sense of context
Graph-augmented RAG, traced live
Watch, live, how a trustworthy answer actually gets built — finding the right information, checking what’s related, and only then responding
Session awareness; contextual personalization
How an AI assistant can tell what you’re currently working on, and tailor its help to it
Grounding checks; guardrails; offline-first design
How to tell whether an AI is being honest or making things up, and why it shouldn’t be the one thing your product can’t survive without
Open floor, live demo
Try it yourself — ask the live system anything and see why it answers the way it does
Closing
How this same approach applies beyond this one platform
Not a Theoretical AI Course
Every concept taught is demonstrated live — you'll look inside STEMVentor's own working AI Mentor, the same system already answering real student questions on this platform. Nothing in the room is a slide of what AI could do.
For learners
A guided, hands-off-keyboard tour of how modern AI works, ending with a live system they get to question themselves — whether they're students or new hires.
For educators & teams
The same journey, framed as professional development — what to know before AI tools show up in your classroom or workplace.
FAQ
Do attendees need any coding or technical background?
No — the workshop is conceptual and demo-based. No coding is required from attendees.
Is this only for schools?
No. While STEMVentor’s own platform is educational, the underlying approach — knowledge graphs plus grounded, context-aware AI — applies to any organization sitting on its own content, including corporate training material. We’ve run this for schools and are equally set up to run it for businesses.
Can this be booked for learners, educators/trainers, or both?
Either. The session framing adapts to the room, but the curriculum and schedule stay the same.
Is this the same as STEMVentor’s full STEM curriculum?
No — this is a standalone one-day or half-day workshop. STEMVentor’s wider curriculum is a separate, longer-term offering.
Where does this take place?
In person, at your school or workplace. Get in touch to check availability in your city.
